1. Does Verona Collective grow its own cannabis?

All of the cannabis used to create Trim & Proper, CNY Provisions, Humble & Kind and Fair Shake products is grown, harvested, processed and packaged by Verona Collective in Verona, New York. As a seed-to-sale cannabis operation, Verona Collective does not offer products made with cannabis grown by any other producer.

2. How does Verona Collective ensure the safety and quality of its products?

The Oneida Indian Nation has adopted the same cannabis content, safety and volume standards for Verona Collective that New York imposes upon its cannabis licensees. To maintain these standards for safety and integrity, all Verona Collective cannabis products are submitted to the same independent laboratories licensed by New York per a mandate by the Oneida Indian Nation Cannabis Commission, an independent regulatory body.

3. Who may purchase cannabis and other products at Verona Collective?

Verona Collective welcomes all guests ages 21 and older with a valid physical government-issued ID. No one under 21 years of age may enter a Verona Collective dispensary.

4. How much cannabis can guests purchase?

Guests will be able to purchase up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower or a mix of product types each day.

Each of these brands maintains high quality standards across a range of price points to accommodate every cannabis enthusiast, from connoisseurs seeking premier, hand-trimmed flower to those who prioritize exceptional trim from their favorite strains.

6. When is Verona Collective open?

Verona Collective welcomes guests from 10am to 9pm Sunday through Wednesday and 10am through 10pm Thursday through Saturday.

7. Where is Verona Collective located?

Verona Collective is located at 5250 Willow Place directly across the street from Turning Stone Resort Casino. Additional parking is available on the opposite side of Willow Place

8. What forms of payment does Verona Collective accept?

Verona Collective accepts payment via cash and debit cards only. Credit cards are not accepted at Verona Collective dispensaries at this time. For guests who wish to make purchases in cash, an ATM is available inside the dispensary.

9. Does Verona Collective accept TS Rewards Points or other vouchers? Does it offer any discounts?

Verona Collective dispensaries do not accept any rewards points or vouchers for cannabis products.

10. Can I order Verona Collective cannabis products online?

Ordering online is often the fastest, easiest way to purchase Verona Collective cannabis products, especially during peak business hours. The full range of Verona Collective cannabis products may be purchased online. Products purchased online will be available for pickup at the Verona Collective dispensary located at 5250 Willow Place.

Payment for all online cannabis orders must occur at the dispensary at the time of pickup. Guests will need to display a valid physical government-issued ID to pick up online orders.
